Deposit to book: a deposit of 30-50% is requiered to confirm your appointment, it is non-refundable, but will be applied to the total cost of the service.

Cancellations: cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of the deposit.

Punctuality: delays of more than 15 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Vehicle condition: the vehicle must be free of personal items. Services for extreme cleaning will have an additional cost.

Payments: we accept cash, zelle and cards. The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service.

Warranty: report any inconvenience within 24 hours to resolve it.
